About Honeysuckle Rose North
Welcome to Honeysuckle Rose North, the home of the Mitchell Family. HRN is a Discovery Farm and Mentor for the Arabian Horse Association. We are pleased you dropped by to visit us and would like to take a few moments to introduce ourselves and the surrounding area.

We started our program in 2001 with one mare, S S Heiress (Amurath Baikal X Lainy Shahzana). She gave us five fillies and one colt. Two of her daughters, by the sire and grandsire of World Champions, *Ecaho, were exported to the Middle East. These daughters were Elita HRN (2005, owned by Al Saqran Stud) and Eava HRN (2006, exported to Saudi Arabia). In 2013, Elita HRN produced a stunning filly for us. Marwlyssa HRN (by *ZT Marwteyn) was exported to the UAE and is owned by Al Khazna Stud. Arabians we have owned or bred have been sold in the USA, Europe, and the Middle East.

In 2001 Amanda started assisting clients with the marketing of their horses. This blossomed over time to exclusively marketing purebred Arabian Bloodstock. Horses marketed and sold through Honeysuckle Rose North Select Sales can be found in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Amanda was also the first person to sell Arabian horses to the country of Jordan after they opened their boarders for imports.
Honeysuckle Rose North was founded in Pittsfield, MA in 2001. We moved Honeysuckle Rose North from the Berkshires of Massachusetts to the town of Troy, New Hampshire in 2008. Troy, New Hampshire is a quaint New England town nestled at the base of beautiful Mount Monadnock in unspoiled Southwestern New Hampshire. Troy offers all the charms of a small, self-sufficient New England community, with exceptional opportunities for recreation; including hiking, climbing, biking, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, hunting, fishing, and much more. Troy is just two hours from Boston in the heart of the Monadnock Region.
