Mishaali RCA’s dam, Maali RCA, is the dam of stallions such as The Makers Mark (by The Minstril), who was exported to South Africa, and both The Profile (by The Minstril) and Thee Makers Mark (by Thee Desperado) who were exported to Saudi Arabia. The only producing daughter of Ruminaja Ali at Arabians Ltd., Maali has created her own legacy around the world. We had been searching for over a year for a top quality stallion to bring into our program and compliment our small group of primarily Polish based Arabian mares.
Our first priority was finding the right cross for our main focus – the *Ecaho daughters we are retaining out of our current mares. The second priority was finding a stallion that exhibited International caliber qualities, which would make his foals marketable to the entire World. The last priority was to find an owner who shared in our vision for an exclusive, semi-closed, breeding program where the stallion would be primarily used on our own personal mares. Shawn Crews of Arabians Ltd. approached us with a dream come true – Mishaali RCA!
Asked why it’s important to make stallions available to non-Egyptian breeders, Shawn Crews notes, “Arabians Ltd. only breeds Straight Egyptians, and everywhere you look around the world, some of the most history-making horses are Egyptian-related. That’s why we believe it’s so important to breed Straight Egyptians—so other breeders will always have that pool to draw from.” Preserving that gene pool for the non-Egyptian world proves itself in the up-close Egyptian blood existing in the pedigrees of many of the era’s biggest Arabian stars, such as *Marwan Al Shaqab, *Gazal Al Shaqab, and *El Shaklan. World-famous Egyptian-sired stallion *Ali Jamaal started his breeding career at Arabians Ltd. “We’ve always thought it was important to breed our stallions to non-Egyptian mares,” she notes, “to give them a chance to prove themselves in the open Arabian world. We are excited that such a wonderful breeder as Amanda would choose our young colt for her best mares, and the best part is, Mishaali is having a blast.”
Mishaali, called one of the prettiest *Mishaal HP colts to date, has a wonderfully exotic face, along with great conformation and movement. While his incredibly dry, chiseled, exotic face and large black eyes melt your heart - his body, bone, and neck are equally tremendous. His neck is long with a fine throatlatch set nicely onto a well laid-back shoulder. His body and bone are substantial and give him excellent short coupling and solid straight legs/hooves.
He has a smooth hip that supports an excellent tail set and a long, elegant tailbone that is ready to flag at a moments notice!
We feel he is one of the TOP Straight Egyptian colts in North America and are waiting with bated breath to see how he will cross with our select group of mares.
